I think Apple hit 5k sometime before or after the game, and I want to do a meme too. SO ASK ME QUESTIONS AND I WILL GET TO THEM AT SOME POINT TODAY. I play Apple/Shirayuki and some dude in the queue.

RELATIONSHIPS ARE HARD THE END. no okay i can do this and we will see how coherent it is.

Dragonfly -> Apple loev Coral super a lot! And Dragonfly is one of the people she talks to on a fairly regular basis and it always makes her smile '-' It's simple and easy and she feels like she can tell him some things, but she also sees him as a bit fragile so she won't talk to him unless it's something specifically related to his team. Dragonfly is just someone she can go to for fun and not having to worry about stupid games or stupid personae and she reallyyyyy likes that.

Jet -> PRETTY COOL LADY, Apple is just somehow super pinged by Jet's attitude and feels like they really click on some empathy level, I dunno. Really wants to get to know her better and help her team, because despite Eff's first horrible impression she likes them as a whole and wants to make them feel comfortable. She also feels personally responsible for the new teams being there, so there's a lot of guilt wrapped up in her desire to get to know Jet. :'D HOPEFULLY THAT WILL FADE WITH TIME but it makes her super protective of them because if we'd been able to fight the Darkness better they wouldn't have to be here!! So. Yes.

I think I just asked for relationships in your last meme so TELL ME HOW FASHIONABLE DRAGONFLY IS GOING TO MAKE AATHER. Or at least Coral.

YEAH I GENERALLY HAVE TROUBLE WITH THEM TOO.

Apparently, Dragonfly is a tool for quests now so I GUESS IT IS GETTING THERE. SLOWLY. SURELY. He already has a quest to redesign one team's outfit and another to give designs to Coral. '-' It's on pause because of trauma but IT WILL RESUME EVENTUALLY. ALso someone on Amethyst is gonna ask him for quest help too.

So what do you think Apple's approach to trauma games will be like from here on out?

Apple's going to ask him to make ~costumes~ at some point too because we are going to have a fun play after all this trauma damnit. :x

I really have no idea! She's currently blocking it out hard and noooot thinking about it, focusing on other things. She's glad they were able to save another team from the same fate, especially since she gets the feeling that team would have been Amethyst, but dying messed her up very badly. She really won't want to do it again, but at the same time she knows people on almost every single team and would not want them having to deal with it either. Team Discussion is happening too so her attitude might change depending on that! Honestly though I just see her forcibly dragging everyone away from the ring the next time she sees Jabberwock. "NOPE NOT PLAYING YOUR GAME EVERYONE BACK TO THE CABINS knight guys make sure he doesn't go on a rampage and kill us plz k thx." BOYCOTT \o/

How much was Dragonfly affected by seeing the results of death games? Alternatively tell me Jet's feels too. '-'

It really brings up old fears that he hadn't thought about in a very, very long time! For a while, there was this trauma streak for him that involved a) running into a huge snake demon with dead bodies around b) running into a room with rotting body parts with a smell that was enough to make you vomit and c) watching Hound be crushed from the inside out 8D This resulted in him not really being able to connect with the memories that he had been getting and having trouble with Dragonfly = Hikaru. It just felt like he could not go back to his Hikaru life which was filled with ridic and lols. Then he had a heart game and that was all magically fixed! The memories of the trauma were still there but they didn't have such a huge effect on him anymore because the others had built coping mechanisms for those events.

BUT NOW THEY ARE HAPPENING ALL OVER AGAIN. With Green Knight's threatening game, Kit's yandere, and now HIS FAVORITE PEOPLE BEING CRUSHED TO DEATH, those fears are resurfacing and are breaking those coping mechs that he had. He's actually trying to be "Hikaru" as a way to deal with the things happening which is slightly opposite of what he did before. HIKARU WAS A NICE LIFE, I ENJOYED HIKARU LIFE THAT WAS FILLED WITH NOT DEATH LETS USE IT AS A DISTRACTION. He isn't denying that these things happened, but he is trying very hard not to think about them.

I do expect that he will be a lot more nervous about games (at least on the inside) and that if the next trauma games involve Coral death -- yeaaaaaah. \o/

Apple and her feelings on red hair? '3'

She's actually indifferent to it right now! Initially her memories were very heavily focused on her red hair drawing attention to her and being a BAD THING, so she didn't like it. She even had Mau sew hoods onto her outfits so that she could cover her hair! But as time went on, she calmed down over it a bit. People in Aather didn't seem to take it as a bad thing--when they mentioned it, they'd always say it was pretty. And her memories after that didn't show anyone giving it any special attention beyond...uh, getting kidnapped for it a few times. And she figures she's already been kidnapped by the Personae and no one has a reason to kidnap her here, so disliking her hair was a waste of energy. Sometimes she gets a bit ruffled when people mention it; she got REALLY UPSET when Church first arrived and dropped cuss words left and right about it. :'D She was actually starting to really like her hair before that so GOOD JOB EFF. But she won't actively hide it or feel overly embarrassed about it like she used to.
