✿ At a lookout fortress in Kokoku! With some guards who seem to be from the palace...and a viscount? Waiting in the standby room with a guard, keeping a lookout for a bird. It seems to be some kind of test.
✿ Eventually heading up to the top of the fortress to see if they can spot the bird! But the viscount is there?
✿ There are rumors going around about her. She's an apprentice in the castle for something, and she's friends with a prince. The viscount seems to think having a low status is inconvenient.
✿ The viscount offers to "put his support behind her" if she'll make sure the exam is a failure, but she won't even listen to the rest of his offer. "It will come!"
✿ The viscount grabs the bell and throws it into the lake wow rude. And then proceeds to lock her in a room. If the exam is successful then a bunch of people on an island along with the birds will become beneficial to the country.

And even though it ends on a lighter note, nothing actually got resolved on that front and Raxd is still being punished. So it couldn't really be positive either.
