...I can totally brain this it isn't even that late, uhm Rider kind of broke a lot and Apple fussed over him so now she's just going to kind of fuss over him all the time??? Yes. She likes that he's willing to learn and wants to learn all the things!! When she tells him to be more confident and believe in himself and what he is able to do, she is being genuine. His curiosity and desire for knowledge are things she sees as very positive. But she knows if she keeps throwing positive reinforcement on him it won't teach him anything, so she's just kind of trying to be honest with him and point out the good and bad :|a He's still going through a tough time and gosh there have been a lot of tough times for everyone so she figures the best she can do is be there for him if he needs it and be willing to honestly try to help him work through things. There are still plenty of times when he grates on her nerves by doing stupid things, though that was more way in the past than anything recent. And if they come up she'll totally be willing to tell him off for them! But for now just pettings and giving him lots of homework, I will teach you all about medicine okay.
